Too much time at the computer!
Dec. 5th, 2004 08:50 pmOn my way home from work this morning, I saw a remarkable sunrise. Gorgeous puffy clouds overhead in layers and layers stretching off as far as the eye could see, painted with deep violets and brilliant scarlets and lava oranges.
I thought how lucky I was to be granted such a sight. Unfortunately, that wasn't the FIRST thought that came to me.
The FIRST thought that came to me was "Wow, what an impressive-looking skybox. I wonder if that's the Source engine or the Doom 3 engine."
Which was immediately followed, of course, by "AAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHHH I've been playing too damn many computer games. IDIOT!"
THEN I had the "how lucky I am" thought. I rather think it should have been the other way around, though. I have clearly been spending too much time in front of the computer.
