May be offline for a few days

My DSL provider is making some changes this Saturday and will be switching all of us with bridged DHCP connections to PPPoE connections. The trouble is, I've had this external Alcatel 1000 modem for about six years and I don't know if it will support PPPoE, so I may be out of commission when the switch-over takes effect. We'll see.

In any case, those of you who need to reach me can still get me by my phone or by email (I am able to check my mail from work). There'll just be a delay for a while, probably.
