A bit of election amusement.
Nov. 3rd, 2004 12:07 amI am refusing to go to bed until this election race is decided, so I will probably be up until the wee hours this morning.
Your promised bit of election amusement: Every time I see the abbreviation "GOP" in my readings this evening, I think "Great Old Party", and I think how immeasurably cooler this election would be if we had Great Old Ones on the ballot. "Vote Cthulhu. Choose the GREATER of two evils!"
On a somewhat related note, if you have a Friday or Saturday evening free this month, why not come and see ARTC at Onstage Atlanta as we perform "Into the Labyrinth", our dark Halloween show of horror and fantasy? Shows are running at 10:30 on Friday and Saturday nights till the 19th. See the ARTC page for more details including driving directions.
